Endothelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition in Pulmonary Hypertension

This article details a study testing endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EndoMT) in relation to pulmonary arterial hypertension. The conclusions show that EndoMT is linked to alterations in BPMR2 signaling and is involved in the occlusive vascular remodeling of pulmonary arterial hypertension, findings that suggest therapeutic implications.
