COVID-19 Shipping Policy Update

Due to the global crisis, our shipping times may vary from usual predictions. Orders placed with the USPS First Class shipping method have no estimated shipping time for domestic shipments; therefore shipping times may exceed typical delivery expectations. International customers are not eligible for USPS shipping due to shipping times exceeding over 90 days with this service. We offer traceable methods of shipping through FedEx International or DHL Express for international customers, which can be selected at checkout. Our shipping policies concerning lost or non-traceable international shipments still stands, as addressed in the International Shipping Disclaimer section of our terms and conditions. Our COVID-19 policy is subject to change at any time.

Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped within 1 business day of completed payment processing and address verification. ARC Nutrition ships to the address exactly as you have keyed it in during checkout submission and is not responsible for mistyped addresses provided by the customer. Orders placed before 11:00AM Central Time are expected shipped same business day, excluding national holidays, global disasters, natural disasters, or unpredictable events that may impede shipping services. We do not provide guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 5-7 business days for domestic orders and international orders vary greatly. If you have been waiting longer than 14 business days for domestic orders, please send us an email with the first and last name of the recipient, the order number, and the tracking number (if available). If express shipping options have been chosen, you will receive your order more quickly, but it is not guaranteed, as we cannot control unforeseen delays in service from our shipping carriers. The auto-ship feature is a convenient way for you to receive our products without the hassle of having to place repeat orders. Choose the product, repeat quantity desired, provide a credit card number, and correct shipping address to receive recurring shipments. The auto-ship program ships the standing order on/about the same day each month without the customer having to constantly remember to reorder. Orders will not be fulfilled on weekends, regardless of payment processing time. Your credit card will be automatically charged for the total price of the product at the interval selected with each auto-ship, i.e., Every Two Weeks, Monthly, Every Six Weeks, Every Second Month, etc..

Auto-ship order cancellations are processed immediately after being submitted online and/or with Customer Service, unless product is in the process of shipping or the cancellation request is made via email outside of daily operation hours. If you wish to cancel an order after the product has shipped, the order will be subject to the refund policy conditions.

Auto Ship Purchase with a Coupon

When using a coupon for a purchase of any product on auto-ship, only the first purchase will be at the discounted rate.

Free Shipping Disclaimer

Domestic orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped through USPS Mail via First Class service. A tracking number will be provided to monitor shipment; however, USPS policy states they are not required to scan or update tracking for First Class shipment. ARC Nutrition cannot control the transit time of any mail service, but it is typically within 5-7 business days for most domestic orders. International orders do not qualify for Free Shipping.

International Shipping Disclaimer

International orders are shipped via FedEx International or DHL Express services. Delivery time varies depending on the method of shipping chosen. We cannot guarantee any shipping estimates as the delivery time varies greatly. If the tracking number provided is not updated within 14 business days to provide transit details once arriving in the destination country, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties.

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges, which are determined by the local government and vary per country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of these charges. Please contact the local customs office or applicable government sector for specific details. Upon completing each order and payment it is agreed by the customer to pay all applicable fees in order to receive the parcel from customs. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded, nor will we be able to resend your parcel or provide a refund for your order.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is offered to all first-time customers. Each customer has 30-days from the day of purchase to try the product and to request a refund. We will process full refund. The bottle does not need to be returned. This policy is only applicable for the first order placed per customer, per account. This money back guarantee applies only to customers in the United States.

Refund Policy

Acceptable refund conditions include unopened product returned to our shipment facility within 60-days of the original purchase date. We cannot accept the return of product that has been opened or used, outside of the “30-Day Money Back Guarantee” policy for first time purchases. ARC Nutrition does not accept returns on product from international customers.

To begin a return for eligible orders, contact ARC Nutrition at info@arc-nutrition.com or 1-800-529-0269 to verify your purchase is eligible, or confirm based on unopened conditions of the product and the date of attempted return is within 60-Days of the original transaction. Once verified, the product must be returned to our fulfillment facility (ARC NUTRITION – 4040 West Royal Lane STE 100, Irving, TX 75063) at the expense of the customer. With the return, include identifying information; either a copy of the original packing list or a note including the Order #Name of purchaser, and/or Shipping Address on the original order for order verification. The return must be received at the fulfillment facility within 60-days of the purchase date to process a refund. Upon arrival and verification of the order, the refund will be processed according to the following refund conditions.
