This double-blind, randomized, placebo and active drug study, Pycnogenol®’s effects on endothelium-dependent vasodilation in humans suggests that Pycnogenol® augments endothelium-dependent vasodilation by increasing NO production, and would be useful for treating various diseases whose pathogeneses involve endothelial dysfunction.
